What do we cover in lessons? Every lesson covers a different topic so that you get the most out of your ten lessons. Subjects range from contract talks to dealing with discrepancies, negotiations to complaint handling and we also learn how to write unpleasant emails following a fool proof script. Gaining confidence in speaking plays a big part in our lessons therefore we talk a lot in every lesson and even have lessons dedicated to rehearsing both elevator pitches and small talk.

Where and when? The lessons are online, either on Teams or Zoom. One to one lessons are normally on Teams and group lessons (maximum 6 people) are on Zoom. Monday to Friday, subject to teacher availability.
Lessons can be totally tailored to match your needs and we can also set up groups for your company alone or your specific industry.
