How does it work?
Step 1. You email me the job advert and your CV so that I can research the company and position you are applying for.
Step 2. We schedule a one hour Zoom call.
Step 3. The Zoom call will consist of a 30-minute interview, followed by another 30 minutes of feedback discussing what went well as well as offering some tips and hints on what could be improved.
Step 4. After the interview, you will be sent a recording of it for you to keep.
